Two main DU projects are in the area you will hunt. One,
Lake San Francisco was established in 1948 and is a favorite
location for wildlife hunting shows to do their Television
specials from. You will hunt both geese and ducks that are resident
to this lake as well as the thousands of migrants
that use the lake for a roost during their flights south.
Several DU ponds and pot- holes dot the area, and are a favorite
for
hunters to set-up on for an evening or morning duck shoot.
